Schedule of Classes Online Public Search


Course locations are being updated in the Schedule of Classes, on an ongoing basis, with additional directional information. Some classes will have to move from their usual modality and locations to different rooms—it will be important for students to review their schedules carefully prior to the start of classes.

Instruction Meeting Types 

Where and how a class is delivered is designated in the schedule

100% Face-to Face: All course components are delivered in person and on campus. Small classes or seminars, art classes, studio work, labs, internships, clinics, other skills-based needs. See schedule for classroom location and times.

Face-to-Face plus Remote Scheduled: Courses meet in person at a scheduled time and meet remotely at a scheduled time (instructors may organize successive in-person meetings with sub-groups of students). Classes or seminars, discussion-based, inquiry- or project- based classes, large classes for which scheduled class times can be used for active learning for smaller groups, other lab, studio, internship, or skills-based classes. See schedule for classroom location/times and remote scheduled times; log in to course on UNMLearn (or platform designated by instructor) for remote meetings at specified times.

Face-to-Face plus Remote Arranged: Courses meet in person at a scheduled time and remote instruction is also offered. Classes or seminars, discussion-based, inquiry- or project- based classes, large classes for which scheduled class times can be used for active learning for smaller groups, other lab, studio, internship, or skills-based classes. See schedule for classroom location/times; log in to course on UNMLearn (and/or platform designated by instructor) for instruction for remote work.

Remote Scheduled: All course components are delivered remotely and some or all regularly scheduled group meetings occur and occur remotely via Zoom, Teams, or other platform. Classes and seminars of any size, discussion-, inquiry-, project- based, classes w/ multiple sections with flexibility. See schedule for designated remote times; log in to course on UNMLearn (and/or platform designated by instructor) for remote meetings at designated times and for completion of course work.

Remote Arranged: A fully remote course in which all components are delivered remotely and there are no set times for face-to-face or remote meetings. Coursework will be done remotely and your coursework for a given day or week, such as viewing lectures and completing modules, can be completed online within deadlines set by the instructor. Classes or seminars of any size, discussion-based classes, Classes w/ multiple sections. Log in to course on UNMLearn (and/or platform designated by instructor) for completion of course work.

Hybrid is a specially developed remote scheduled course. See schedule for designated remote times; log in to course on UNMLearn (and/or platform designated by instructor) for remote meetings at designated times and for completion of course work.

Online Max is a specially developed remote arranged course with a $100 course fee to offset development and review costs. This is for classes that have traditionally been taught online. Log in to course on UNMLearn (and/or platform designated by instructor) for completion of course work.
